Cancellation less that 7 days prior forfeit the full account.
Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior, forfeit 75% of the account.
Cancellation 14 to 21 days prior, forfeit 50% of the account.
Cancellation 21 to 28 days prior, forfeit 25% of the account.
Stay for 5 days or longer - 5% discount
Stay for 10 days or longer - 10% discount
Stay for 20 days or longer - 20% discount
Apartments are ready for occupation after 13h00. Check-Out time is 11h30.
Should a room be required during the day of departure, please ensure to book an extra night.
